Grace took the first turn, by virtue of a conversation that was a bit confused and complicated but thankfully there were no hard feelings.
Then we had our tour of farm animals again. The little working farm on site was a huge attraction. There are lots of things there at the mountain that small children can enjoy, it was why we chose this spot for our vacation, but we found ourselves coming back to the same spots we loved so much before.
After naps, we made some leaf rubbings and yarn pompoms (I thought we were going to make gods eyes but it turned out I was meant to make pompoms).
Suki liked drawing leaves or drawing on the leaves rather than really making leaf rubbings but that was fine too.
We went off to dinner in the middle of a rainstorm, so the girls were thrilled to have a chance to wear their raincoats.
After dinner, it was time to make s'mores. David shows Suki a good technique for toasting her marshmallow.
