It was such a rainy day today, we all sat around playing games and reading books this morning.
These girls were as amused at the "paparazzi" feature on the camera as I imagined they'd be -- they just can't figure our how it keeps flashing on it own!

While the cat's away, these mice cuddled the giant gorilla.
Grace was upstairs reading with David...
...but it didn't take long for everyone to join in.

What a breakthrough for Grace today -- she read a story for the first time all by herself!
It was one that she'd never seen before, with words she'd never seen and she sounded them out and we were all thrilled and amazed.
We are so proud of our little reader -- she's been close for so long and today marked a real breakthrough.
