This is why I'm exhausted at the end of the day -- all of this mess just so Kate could retrieve a feather. She's in a real dump-it-and-go phase, and she's so thrilled at cleaning I'm not sure what deterrent I could dream up. This happens over and over in the course of a day.
We'd been listening to Lady Gaga while playing board games and coloring and playing -- then an episode of Max & Ruby appeared next in the playlist. The scramble from these three trying to find the source of one of their favorite programs was hilarious -- Grace thought it might be coming from upstairs, Kate went running to the living room, Suki headed to find me. When they finally found it, everyone settled in for some nontraditional viewing.
All dressed in raincoats, mimicking Max & Ruby.
