Funny faces!
Kate climbs in the van and always makes a mad dash for the front seat. This morning we had time enough to let her play in the front for a few minutes.

When we came home, Suki wanted to put up decorations for David's birthday!
I couldn't get the balloon in the picture but Kate was delighted while she was batting it.
Kate hauled the easel into the front room, flipped it on its side and then flopped down on the roller coaster track and started saying "oh no no noooo" in an adorable show of brute strength, chimpery and faux melancholy.
The past two mornings we've picked up Grace, she's been in conversation with her friend Paige.
Grace picked up a leaf on her way in to school, kept track of it all day, brought it out and gave it to me (since the playground flowers are long gone) and then tried to bribe me into taking her to Burger King with it.
It was Grace's turn to bring in a snack (it had to start with c, so she chose crackers). She shared some of the leftovers with her sisters.
Today Grace learned the Pledge of Allegiance!
