You can look at this picture and know that our morning got off to a very strange, very late start. I was awakened at 9:30 by a phone call, my little alarm clocks were all still playing happily and very quietly in their beds. As you can imagine, we missed our 10:00 appointment.
Grace got some new ducks from Granny and wanted to arrange them in the living room. I tell her that her sisters will surely be attracted to them, all in their yellow rows like some kind of golden beacon across the carpet, but she pays me no mind. This is only a portion of the downstairs duck collection, mercifully she did not have me haul down the upstairs stash.

Grace and Kate were so sweet to each other here. I didn't get pictures of Suki and Kate playing peekaboo with the house again today but they were laughing harder than ever.
