We dropped Grace off at school, ran some errands, then took Kate to the pediatrician for a well visit.

Suki was a little anxious about it but was relieved she would not have an exam.

The stats from today: Height: 28.75 inches (75th percentile); Weight: 26 lbs (>97th percentile); Head circumference: 19.5 inches (>97th percentile); Iron levels were came in at 12 (there's concern if there's a hemoglobin level less than 11 grams/deciliter). Hale and hearty. She got her top left front tooth yesterday without any fuss and has slept through the night without even the dream feed all week, playing quietly in her crib in the morning until we come to get her. She laughed at the doctor during her exam, at nine months she is a very happy baby, very easy in the world around her.

We're all missing Dad on his birthday today -- we can't wait to celebrate starting tomorrow!
