August 29, 2008

Last part of the day first, thanks to the vagaries of Blogger.

Suki climbed into Granny's lap to read a book.

Kate loves Bekah.

Funny family.

Rebekah put Kate on the zebra for the first time today and her sisters gathered around.

A hug from Sook.

A hug from Grace.

So affectionate you can't really see Kate at all.

Close up of Suki.

Close up of Grace.

Zebra fun.

Kate loves these wrist rattles.

Sitting pretty with PaPa.

Suki gets a little M&Ms treat from PaPa.

This cube is one of the best baby toys ever.

Granny gives Kate her first taste of solid food, some pureed bananas.

She liked it, but only for a short time.

M&M eater Grace looks on.

PaPa gives Suki a ride on the tricycle.

Could not resist this close up.

And of course Grace wanted a turn on the tricycle too! They had a blast today.
-------------------------------------
Grace just loves spending time with her Dad.

Kate and Suki play quietly on their own.

A little reading time.

A funny angle for this baby.

Aunt Rebekah came to play!

Suki gives her a kiss too, but I had a terrible angle.

Grace gives Granny a kiss.

Sook had so much fun tossing bunny beanbags to her aunt.

So sweet.

A wide angle shot...

...of a good old fashioned family sit around.

Grace completed this Mr. Potatohead all by herself for the first time!

Kate woke up to meet Rebekah.

A kiss for her newest niece.

So much fun together!

Three generations together.

A musical duck for Kate.

Kate just loved this duck from Granny and PaPa.

But what's that little hand doing off to the side?

Surprise surprise, it's Grace!

Kate was happy with the trade Grace suggested and all was well.

Reading The Lorax with Bekah.

What a funny little picture.

Suki is all smiles.

Suki was so charmed by this puppy boot but I think it might be a bit small for her.

No matter, these girls were still able to out for some splashy fun before nap time. They enjoyed stomping in puddles but it was raining too hard for this umbrella-less photographer to document those good times. This one is definitely worth a click to embiggen.

A kiss for PaPa...

...and one for Granny.
