Today we had a play date with some kids from Grace's preschool class.
My sweet pea was so determined to climb this ladder.
This totally adorable, sweet girl was such a tremendous help to Grace, showing her where to put her feet and hands.
She made three attempts, each time reaching the top with decreasing amounts of help/reassurance from me until at the last time she did it totally on her own. All three attempts resulted in her bursting into (anxiety relieving?) tears at the top. Emotional mess or no, I was so proud of my girl.
Then we came home and played in the yard for a little while.
What a bunch of sunglasses swipers I have...
