Today we found a praying mantis near the car. Grace was intrigued, especially when Dad brought the insect up close and personal via his specialized entomological device (aka, a nearby stick).
It was really cool.
We also found a reddish orb weaver spider near the back door.
We had lots of fun looking around the backyard today.
