This morning we had a fun coffee hour with Dad, got dressed and then went for a walk on this chilly drizzly day. We've never seen a stray/off leash dog in our neighborhood but today Curly, a local poodle, came running up to see us. Grace was thrilled that we were able to help him get back to his home safely, she thought it was just like in the Great Gracie Chase, which charmed her to no end.
A grainy little shot of the girls all ready to head out to Dad's office holiday party. The girls were a big hit, as you can imagine. Even Grace was able to warm up a little even under some tough circumstances for her and be sweet and sociable.
After the party we went out for dinner -- the highlight for the girls were the chocolate stars the waitress set atop a pile of whipped cream, one for each girl. They had a blast making a mess and eating that delicious treat.

Back at home, everyone was pretty worn out.
