| Kate will not be deterred from her deep love of math -- she begs me to make math jelly fish for her when she runs out of them in her workbook. (To make a math jelly fish, you put a number at the center of a circle and surround it with smaller numbers, like spokes of a wheel. Then Kate figures out the difference between the center number and each spoke number, and writes it in at the outmost part of each radial. Tentacles are optional :) ). |
