Grace had to go to her room this evening to calm down after an uncharacteristic screaming fit. When I opened her door after a few minutes, she began screaming again so she stayed in there for another few minutes. When I opened the door Grace was so angry with me that she demanded that the door be shut again. I told her she could shut it and she closed it almost all the way and went and threw herself on her bed. Through the crack in the door I heard the following: "Back to bed -- this will work! Back to bed -- this is ridiculous."
