Grace looks on as Suki gets another treatment.
We had to take Suki to the hospital today for X-rays. Her pediatrician was worried that something might have been inhaled into her lungs causing this long lasting inflammation and breathing difficulties. He also wanted to rule out pneumonia. Luckily we were able to rule out both of those things but the persistence of Suki's troubles has everyone puzzled. Her doctor added an inhaled corticosteroid that should help reduce the inflammation and we're now spending at least an hour and a half giving her these nebulized medications -- no one is very happy about that. Unless she gets worse, we're due to go back on Friday to see what's going on with our poor girl.
