Preparing cards for Aunt Tessie. The original plan was for Suki, Kate and me to go up to New Hampshire while Grace was at school -- we had her backpack and lunch all packed -- but when we talked about our plans today she was so sad about it. She said she wished she could go, and when I asked her why, she raised her hands and said "because she's Aunt Tessie!" And so of course we brought her with us and it was such a great day.

Suki was a little shy around Aunt Tessie, but the most enthusiastic about creating artwork for her while we were there.
