Kate and Suki can be very entertained when Grace plays this Backyardigans game -- she creates a scene, chooses characters, dresses them and adds in other little objects. They think it's a hoot.
Afterward, she printed two copes so she and Suki could color them in. Kate was more free form in her coloring. Then they cut out the characters to make their "tiny toys." I love the way they take something and make it their own.
Then it was outside to play!

These guys really enjoyed pulling the tiny pears from our tree and planting them in the ground. It seems like hastening the process to me but fortunately there are always plenty of pears.

I love seeing these two so silly and easy together.
Suki is so great at pedaling her tricycle. And almost as good at steering.
