Keep in mind that the radiologists and my OB considered me at 34 weeks 3 days yesterday, I think I was at 35 weeks, no one's completely sure just how old the baby is but she's looking great for still having four more weeks to go before her birthday. Her lungs were working so well and it was amazing to see how rapidly she was breathing!
Biparietal Diameter (width of the baby's head from side to side): 92 mm (37 weeks 5 days)
Femur Length: 68 mm (34w5d)
Head Circumference: 341 mm (38w5d)
Abdominal Circumference: 341 mm (38w2d)
Estimated weight, based on those numbers: 6 lbs 14 oz (Hadlock) or 7 lbs 3 oz (Shepard)
Or you could just say a big baby with a gigantic head and very large chest, making her look like her Dad as a baby already.
