A study break.

Eating a banana like a monkey.

A thoughtful moment.

Mom and Sook.

Pretending to nap.

Reading.

Hysterical!

Giving the duck a snack from the cart.

I just love this photo.

So sweet.

Schlumpy.

Listening to music in her chair.

Looking at animals from this book. Grace chooses one for me to make, then very earnestly tells me how we need to go to the crap store to get yarn and eyes. I tried to correct her and get her to say "craft store" but gave up when I realized how apt she may be.

A Post-Its moment on the couch.

Suki examines her belly.

Kate slumbers while Dad studies.

Close up.

Looking at her Dad.

Curled up in the swing.

23 photos from our car. Today's doctor visit entailed dealing with Mom's incision site (infected but now being treated by antibiotics). This was followed by a quick trip to the grocery store.

Giggling over Peek-A-Boo.

My smiling Sook.

Beauty baby.

Curled up with Dad.

Lovely.

Fun with the beads.

My adorable Grace.

Grace loves it when Minty wears a sock on her head like a hat.

Grace wears Gorilla on her head like a hat.

Tickled.

Our little Kate was back at the doctor's office today. She hasn't been eating as well as we thought she should be and has been lethargic even by newborn standards. Last night we started noticing blood in her diaper and today she was losing an increasing amount. Dad and Kate were seen right away and our stellar pediatrician diagnosed her with a milk protein intolerance, proctocolitis. Mom needs to eliminate dairy from her diet and the symptoms should clear up. Most babies with this condition can handle milk protein by the time they're 1.
