Today we went for a hike, but one of the most exciting parts was finding ant hills on the way to the trail head.
It was hard to let even one go by uninspected!
There were also friendly dogs to pat along the way.

On the way back, this hanging caterpillar provided lots of entertainment.

This was such a pretty section of woods, and such an easy and fun hike for these girls. We'll definitely be back!
