After we arrived in New York for a family visit, we had to stop by the grocery store for some provisions. Grace loved these balls! We ran in circles around it trying to catch each other.

Our dinner plans were cancelled so we wound up at the local Subway. Dad and Sook have fun playing while we wait for our food.

She had the best time with the watermelon -- she really enjoyed it.
All done with dinner!
Then it was off for an impromptu visit to Grandma's house!
Grace shows off her new sunglasses.
"The little show," actually a new alarm clock with lights and sounds. Grandma showed Grace how it worked and then Grace could barely be parted from this fun toy.

Fun with the teddy bear.
We also had to improvise a bed for Grace -- thank goodness she took to it easily.
Still plenty of time for reading at the end of this long day.
