Trying to give a kiss.

Fishing! She loves this puzzle from Granny.

What this morning looked like.

Trying to keep the pacifier in!

These two don't spend a lot of time playing together, but they are so interested in each other.

So great together.

Doing their own things.

Sisters in the kitchen.

Determined.

Playing with "the shot."

Suki senses something lurking around the corner.

A big, fast, blurry smile.

Better? Maybe. Her smiles are fleeting but priceless.

Three more, just because.

Fun with her drum.

A strange but sweet picture.

Suki and Dad.

Home from work!

Grace and Dad read Little Bunny on the Move, one of her new favorites.

Grace loves reading her Winnie the Pooh books.

This butterfly has obviously done Suki wrong.

A sad looking face, but really she was just being thoughtful.

Grace watching Suki nap.

Part of the fun of having a toddler is how easy she is to entertain. All I had to do was point out how her rolled socks looked like a bunny and she was charmed. Then I put them on a doll's head like a rabbit hat, it was like a whole new toy.

Ready to hang out with Dad.

Two cute looks.

Happy baby even though she wasn't feeling well.

The way she looks at her father.

The return of the cat! Grace was thrilled at the way it stood on its hind legs to get its face closer to hers, the way it kept coming back to "say hello," the way it "smiled" at her.

Craziness has reached new levels here :) Grace has discovered the fun of aluminum foil and wanted me to make hats for her and Gorilla.

Sleepy girl.

Reading in the morning.

Doesn't David look like he's reading something far more serious than Meet Diego?

Playing with her new butterfly.

A little kiss.

A funny little look.

A sweet portrait of two sisters...

...until Grace tries to yank away Suki's pacfier. Thank goodness for the clip. Please ignore our sad, fallen-down green shade.

Grace was patting Suki's head right after this, smooshing her forehead just enough to make it wrinkle a bit. She really is gentle, and never hurts Suki, but today Suki wanted a nap and was a little cranky about it. Sook let out a little cry and Grace wheeled around and ran toward us, calling out "do you think she's cold?" as she hurtled past. Hilarious.

Grace has lots of fun with this Museum ABC nesting block set. She also has fun putting this snooty new expression on her face :) It cracks us up when we see it.

She can almost reach the top of this tower!

She's convinced that the N/Nose side is really all about cheeks, so she always adds, "and Grace's cheeks!"

Suki and Dad play with the cube.

Illness report: David's holding steady in the grip of this cold, I'm on the mend, the girls show a few symptoms that could be sickness but could be just a few quirks. Keep your fingers crossed!
